Return & Refund Policy

At Sensaconnect, we care deeply about your experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


Damaged and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sensaconnect.com.au , including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and the packaging

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, or refund according to your rights under the ACL.


Partial Issues

If your order includes a collection and only one item is faulty or damaged, we’ll resolve the issue with the specific item affected.

If you choose to return the full set without prior agreement, return shipping may not be covered.


Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases where there is a confirmed fault, damage, or error with your order.

Once the return (if required) is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items not returned in original condition (if applicable)
  • Shipping fees (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
